The hotel rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary facilities like a mini-fridge. Although they could have been bigger for a longer stay, they were pretty comfortable overall. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and friendly reception staff. The location, while somewhat far from the town center, provided a free bus to compensate. Overall, the stay was comfortable and welcoming with great customer service.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with plenty of storage space but could benefit from better renovation especially in the bathrooms and corridors. The service provided by Sara, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding us through unexpected situations. The location, while a bit out of the city, is made convenient with a free shuttle service. The dining experience was basic but adequate, with set dinner options lacking variety.
